All JanusAdams.com and BackPax members' e-newsletters are sent to the adult named in the "bill to" portion of the order. BackPax members' e-newsletters will be sent to minor children ONLY with parental authorization. Please check the parental permission box on the order form and include the child's email address.

Janus Adams will be delighted to personally autograph her books as requested in the "special instructions" portion of your order form.

BackPax member publications will be shipped directly to the child named in the "ship to" portion of the order form.

When ordering multiple BackPax club memberships, please place a separate order for each child. Enter YOUR NAME and address in the "bill to" portion of the form and the CHILD'S NAME in the "ship to" portion.

All shipments via US mail. FedEx requests, add $10.
