Commencement speeches
Awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from her undergraduate alma mater, The State University of New York at New Paltz, Janus is invited to deliver the commencement address on the anniversary of one of her all-time favorite graduation speeches. On May 19, 1996, Southampton College awarded an honorary Doctor of Amphibious Letters degree to Kermit D. Frog for his contributions to environmental awareness and education. Hear her tribute to the students and Dr. Frog--first teacher to generations of graduates.
